King Solicitors is a practice specialising in commercial property law work in England and Wales although we also undertake residential conveyancing as well. 

Because we are a small practice our aim is to make the provision of our legal service more personal particularly for those companies and individuals to whom property in general does not form the main focus of their business but to whom the transaction in question is of great commercial significance. 

While the practice is based in Northampton and serves Northamptonshire and the East Midlands generally distance is, with the telephone, email, post and fax really no object and we are therefore able to offer services to you wherever you may be whether at home or abroad in relation to English and Welsh property matters.

Through correspondent firms we are also able to offer additional legal services in the general commercial area including company and commercial transactions and also employment law.

In addition to the provision of direct services we are able to offer an in house style role in coordinating and working with other lawyers whom you may chose to use or need to use on a particular occasion whether in this country or abroad.  

We are also able to offer services to other legal firms who may have a conflict of interest where two clients are engaged in a transaction and they are looking for the services of a second firm who will act for one of their clients on the basis of non competition thereafter.
